On Thursday, January 31, 2013, LeFrancis appeared as the monthly guest speaker for the Lynwood Rotary Club at Bateman Hall in Lynwood, CA. He spoke about his 33 years as a business owner in the City of Lynwood and the relationship he built with the current city administration and the administrations of past. During the noontime meeting, both the Rotarians and the City of Lynwood recognized LeFrancis as the first Lynwood REALTOR® to serve as President of the California Association of REALTORS®.
